Online store terms

You must be able to enter a binding agreement in your location to place an order. You may not use this website or its products for an unlawful purpose or interfere with the security or operation of the website.

Product information

We work to present product descriptions, colors, dimensions, materials, prices, and availability accurately. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colors appear. We may correct errors, update information, or limit quantities when reasonably necessary.

Orders and payment

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order, including when information is inaccurate, payment cannot be authorized, inventory is unavailable, or fraud is suspected. Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Minimum quantities

Each Rumiloo placemat is sold individually for $5 with a minimum of four pieces in every selected color. Each selected color must independently meet its minimum before checkout.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping, delivery estimates, cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.

Accuracy of customer information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. You are responsible for reviewing order and address information before completing checkout.
