Refund policy

30-day returns

Unused items in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us at info@rumiloo.com before sending a return so we can provide instructions.

Customers pay ordinary return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable except when an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Rumiloo does not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Report a damaged, defective, or incorrect item within seven days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days after the returned item is inspected. Bank or card processing times may vary.

Exchanges

Rumiloo uses return-and-reorder instead of direct exchanges. Contact us before returning the original item, then place a new order for the preferred product or color.

Cancellations

You may request cancellation before fulfillment begins. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing.
