US shipping

Rumiloo ships to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to US territories or international destinations. PO Boxes are accepted.

Shipping is a flat $6.99 per order. There is no free-shipping threshold. Orders are normally processed in 1–2 business days. Estimated transit after dispatch is approximately 3–5 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or address issues.

Returns

Unused items in their original condition may be returned within 30 days. Contact info@rumiloo.com before sending a return so we can provide instructions.

Customers pay ordinary return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable except when an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Rumiloo does not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Report a damaged, defective, or incorrect item within seven days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Refunds and exchanges

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days after the returned item is inspected. Bank processing times may vary. Rumiloo uses return-and-reorder instead of direct exchanges.

Cancellations

You may request cancellation before fulfillment begins. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing.
